Q1) What happens if my statue arrives damaged, in spite of your best efforts?
A1) As stated elsewhere on this site, there will be no refunds, should your statues arrive damaged due to en route mishandling. This is the unlikely risk you’re assuming as a counterpart to the great deal you’re otherwise receiving. Also, in the case of minor damage, I will be willing to guide you through the needed repair(s) if you’d like.
Q2) How do I unpack the double-box to avoid damaging the statues myself?
A2) There will be paper instructions in the outer box explaining how to safely unpack your statues. These details will be similar to what you’ll find explained on the ESSENtIALS page, e.g. never grasp the statue by any of the balls; always by its base.
Q3) What else will come with the double-box holding the statues?
A3) Attached to the top of the inner box, you will also find a statement of authenticity for each statue, dated and signed by me. Its text will include the fact that the statue was conceived and made solely by me. Also, the text will say that I have only used balls the markings on which were neither made nor dictated by me, (except for some balls which show lots of black dots; those are mine — used previously on the course).
